Pommelwood Players Theatre

This is the local community theatre. The show season usually consists of four straight plays (non musicals) and two musicals a year. It is lovingly nicknamed Powerpoint by the actors and technicians who work and volunteer here. It boasts a four-hundred-seat playhouse with a double-purchase fly system, four catwalks, costume, prop, and scene shop, men's and women's dressing rooms, and the latest in sound and lighting systems thanks to a generous grant by a very rich local businessman.
