Tippie-toes gained her a bit of extra height, and at this point, she'd take as much as she could get. Yes, it did suck being short. And she currently couldn't find any pros to it. Of course, there was a huge list of cons. Included on that list would be having trouble kissing your boyfriend. Wait, boyfriend? Right? EH. The poor teenager was still overly confused with everything.
As their lips touched, her senses were clear again. The taste of his lips, feel of his body and soft lips, scent of horses and barn that lingered in the air as well as on both of the humans, the sound of silence, and her sight was blind right now. Her deep brown eyes were closed. She was still overly cautious and her lips stayed closed, not parting. She wasn't sure she was ready for that yet. Maybe she was. She had no idea.
As he broke away, she took a step back as well. This whole kissing thing was still dizzy-making and it wasn't a fun after effect. Not only because of the overwhelming feeling, but because speech was usually needed. And she was right now, as usual, unexpressed of words.

A smile crossed the teenagers face. Estee was the first person that he ever actually felt that he could trust. He had always kind of kept to himself, even when he was little. But he actually felt like he had a connection with Estee, even if they had only just really met. They had so much in common though. It was kind of ridiculous. Okay, so they did meet at the stable, which was a pretty good hint.
“Well, I guess I’ll see you then,” he said with a small smile. He patted Glow’s neck for a minute before turning around and slowly walking to the door, not really wanting to leave. He stopped to stroke his thoroughbred’s neck for a minute. Giving him a sugar cube that he had in his pocket. One thing he loved about sugar, he could keep it in his pocket for how ever long he wanted without a problem.
Finally he made it to his car. He practically dragged his feet the entire time. Getting in, he drove back towards his house in silence. Usually he popped his ipod in and listened to that. But he just wasn’t in the mood. That was a first, Daniel always had his ipod blasting.

Estee smiled at the boy. "Alright. See you tomorrow," she added, nodding slightly. She stared at him walk to the car slowly, seeming depressed. She bit her lip as he got in and drove off.
God. Tomorrow was going to take forever to get here. She needed to see that boy again. She turned to Glow, unclipping the gelding and leading him back to his stall slowly, now not having anything else to do. She bedded down the gelding.
Traveling to the lounge, she scooped up her books and shoved them all into her bag, not really caring at this point. She couldn't help but sneak a glance at the carpet where Daniel had fainted.
This was a memorable day of her life. She'd never forget it.
