Discipline(s): Event prospect, still fairly green
Looks: 16.2hh, Looks more like a hanoverian than a TB (slightly more solid and a heavier barrel) but with the typical long and elegant legs and neck of a thoroughbred. He is mainly a light grey, with darkening and dapples on his rump, back and shoulders. His mane and tail are lighter at the roots and darken to grey
Personality: Duke is young and quite green. He was a gift to Ella from her parents, who were, sadly, not horsey people and didn't really understand that she would have been better off with a more experienced animal for her first real horse. He's extremely flighty, and at the moment lacks much of the concentration required for the dressage section of an event, but has great scope and endurance. He forms bonds very quickly with anyone and anything, and this has really helped so far in his partnership with Ella as their bond means she's able to stop him from spooking out completely at every little thing
